Environmental Protection Administration promotes the environment quality group works of National Geographic Information Systems and had established the shared geospatial database. In order to improve the environmental spatial database management, this project keeps proposing new ideas such as intelligence national spatial planning, geospatial data asset management, and the cooperation and sharing of geospatial information, all of which are about implementation of sharing geospatial information on the basis of internal and external information technology and government policy. This project suggests the improvement of information producing, the update and management process against the existing geospatial information cooperation and sharing, besides, it also recommends the inclusion of geospatial data asset management, which will be beneficial for data opening and improving the maintenance quality and efficiency of information. On the other hand, in order to make environmental geospatial information service system provide more intelligent services, this project completed corresponding the domestic and international environmental vocabulary and 4 items of environmental monitoring ontology. At the same time, based on setting up separate verified target, this project developed 3 items of multiple dimension environmental linked data which is to demonstrate the practical examples’ proof of concept, including heterogeneous data analysis of external incident, external environment anomaly information, image visibility of monitoring station which applies to analyze external environment anomaly information, and public sentiment forum analysis.
